FAQs
What is a Memorable SIM Card?
A memorable SIM card is a mobile phone number that is easy to remember. It may have a series of reoccurring (7777), consecutive (1234) or meaningful (999) numbers within the full number.
Why would you buy one?
There are several reasons;
- Easy for people to remember - Being memorable is likely to translate into more calls, advantage over your competition.
- Adds credibility/relevancy to your business - Are there numbers that relate to the business or industry that you operate in? This can add consistency to your business strategy.
- Affordable way to get ahead - Your number becomes an asset especially if you are reliant on your phone to generate sales.
- One off cost - You purchase a number once, that is it. Once payment is made the number is your to keep for as long as you wish.
How do I keep my network?
So you are currently on Vodafone but the memorable number I want to purchase is on EE network. Is this a problem? No, it is very easy to transfer (port) numbers to different networks.
As soon as you receive your SIM card, top it up, and simply text the word 'PAC' to 65075.
You will receive a code (you have 30 days to use it before it expires), give this code to the network that you want to stay with and that's it.
The network will process the transfer which usually takes 24-48hours if started during the week.
Returns Policy
Returns are rare, however, if you have taken delivery of your SIM card you have 14 days to return the product provided it has not been opened or used. Once a SIM card has been activated, there are no returns due to the nature of the product. Of course if you have any issues with the network or transferring the number to an alternative network feel free to reach out or contact the network directly.
